When I bbq chicken, it always tends to be dry. How can I retain the moisture? Should I wrap it in tin foil? Thanks!

Actually, when I grill chicken I marinate it in italian dressing then use a LITTLE Texas BBQ Rub and worchestershire sauce and it is very juicy!!! Hope this helps!
