I have been using the rub for a long time now. I absolutely love it! I am not the biggest cook in the world, but when I do have a chance I LOVE it in my chili recipe. My roommate has also become attached to it. He tends to use it on everything from chicken to hamburger patties.

I have also found it is a great gift for those who do cook often. I sent some to my parents as a little gift for them. My dad actually did the brisket the otherday and said it was wonderful!

I don't have a new recipe, but I do have a few comments to make about Texas BBQ Rub. (1) I love it!!! The flavor is outstanding and I have become accustom to using the rub on EVERYTHING, even in taco meat. (2) It's SOO easy to use, preparing meat now has the complexity of preparing macaroni and cheese.

Thanks Texas BBQ Rub...what a great product.

I'm with them^^...this stuff kicks ***. Starts off sweet, and finishes with just enough bite to satisfy all but the masochistic chile chomper. I really dig this rub and now that the weather has finally cleared up in PA, i'm gonna be doing some ribs in the near future...I can't wait to get this BBQ season going with my new seasoning. Indoors, i have already started putting some of the rub in a shaker and using it as a table top condiment. MMMMMM!

Greetings from the Great White North!!!

And white it was until a few days ago.

I received, for the first time, the Texas BBQ Rub just a couple of days ago. Waiting patiently for the snow around the BBQ to melt so that I could try it, today was the day!

My meat of choice for this trial was steak. I am a great steak lover, second only to ribs. Being from Quebec, we have some awesome steak houses here but ribs that's a whole other story. Unfortunately, since my business trip to Memphis 4 years ago, ribs have never been the same. Boy do I miss Memphis!

But I'd like to share with you my opinion of the Texas BBQ Rub that I used today.

My wife and I followed the simple recipe to use Worchestershire sauce and then the rub. Took maybe five minutes. On the grill they went and we waited anxiously. The side dishes were mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts (yes I like brussel sprouts).

Well the results were incredible. The steaks were cooked to perfection (and I know my steak) but the rub made the whole difference. I've tried other steak spices in the past but (in my opinion) the Texas BBQ Rub was the best I've ever had!

The steaks were juicy and the taste was not spicy, peppery nor sweet. The mix was just right.

I highly recommend this spice and really plan to buy more.

When you get to the point of mass marketing it to the supermarkets (especially in Canada) let me know, I may know of an investor or two. Seriously, it was that good.

You've done it right and I will be telling my friends about it. It's a shame that it took me so long to find out about this.

May you have continued success and many more sales....
