I heard (from reliable sources) that Q'd Bologna Sticks are real good, especially as snacks during ball games. I hear you roll em in your favorite rub then smoke em til they split. Eat them with saltine crackers and hot sauce. Anyone out there venture this far in the culinary arts and willing to admit it ??? :oops:

I have eaten some BBQ Bologna and it is great stuff (but you should like bologna a bit). It is easy to make and would be great watching a football game or hell sitting around waiting for the brisket to get done.

I have a 5 pounder rolled in rub and just jumpin at the chance to get on the pit with an 11 pound turkey, 3 racks of ribs and a brisket. Heh...that Mexican smoke comin accross the Gulf of Mexico will pale in comparison once I get fired up tomorrow afternoon !!

OK I must admit you got my mouth a watering and me wanting to fire up the pit. It will have to wait a couple of weeks but what you got planned sound like a great meal or two. Cover up that Mexican smoke with the sweet smell of BBQ smoke. I love it. Let us hear how the bolgna was as well as the rest of the fixin's.
