Smoked a 5 lb bologna stick this afternoon and it turned out ok. It won't replace brisket or a good rack of ribs but for something different...what the heck. Rolled it in "Britu" rub and cooked it at 230 degrees til it split. Slice & dice with crackers, sharp cheddar cheese and a cold one. Good way to wait on the other stuff on the pit to get done. 8)

Best Ribs In The Universe...a championship dry rub used by Mike Scrutchfield in BBQ competitions. I got it from the Kansas City BBQ forum.
