I've cutting down on the days I BBQ. From now on out, I'm limiting my BBQ only to days that end with a "y". :D

That is good. I like july 1 for Canada but any time I get to q it is great. Colin

I will Q any day that ends in Y. My wife seems the think that is a little to much Q. You know, not again. But I just say it is different, one day is pork, then beef, then yard bird. Then a pork tender loin, then a steak, then.........

any day you bbq should be treated like a holiday. How did the Founding Fathers put it? Life Liberty and the pursuit of good Q. Pork parts we save for religious holidays
