I would have to say I ONLY use Texas BBQ Rub for a tender and flavorful result every time!!!

Yet again, cooking is like sex.

If you want things tender, cook em slow and low with lots of rubbin.

If you like it bold, let it marinate for a while, then cook it hot and fast. :twisted: :lol: :lol:

I use both, but it depends on what I am cooking. Sometimes one or the other...
