I bought Sams Brand ribs, Removed membrane applyed rub and cooked at 230 5 1/2 hrs Best I ever ate.What a great product. 8)

Thanks for the nice words about our rub and sounds like the ribs were fantastic.

I see you buy your ribs, same place I do, Sams Club and then you removed the membrane. Were you cooking spares or baby backs here. Just wondering.
