Kitchen bouqet ??

I spoke to an uncle of mine yesterday he has been catering BBQ for fifteen years and I must say he has some awesome Q. But any way he said instead of putting worchester (how ever you spell that) before the rub he uses kitchen bouqet you can find it by the worchester. I think I wiil give it a try myself this long holiday weekend.

Well used the stuff over the holiday and I must say its nice stuff. I couldnt tell a difference in flavor but a difference in the way it sticks to the meat I used a brush and just brushed it all over everything it really seems to go a long way. I will use it again for sure.
