I use a rub and then baste my ribs as they cook. i use a store bought sauce and add brown sugar until it is thick. Asa they cook the sugar caramlizes and the ribs come out sticky and sweet. Everyone has always liked them. there my wifes fav. has anyone else tried anything like this and what kind of luck have you had. also any problems to watch out for. thanks

I guess I am lazy.
I do not baste anything.
I keep the door closed until there done.
Use TexasBBQRub and I'm good to go.
