I just wanted to take a moment and thank everyone on the board for the advice and suggestions on cooking,,I read all of them and im new and it all helps a lot,,Yesterday I served 20 pounds of pork(butt) and I must say it was the best Ive ever had...After I got home to sleep,,seeing how I cooked all night We had a lot of people call wanting me to cook for there get togethers,,,,made me feel good..so once again thanks a million too all of you on here... :D
