Gonna do a 5.37lb beef eye round this weekend :D ...need a temp ta pull an wrap...and an internal temp ta cook to....Buckeye

Pull and wrap at 155 to 165 and slice it real thin.

Thats is correct. Wrap at 150 then let it go to 165. Then let it rest and slice it thin as you can. Remember this is a solid piece of meat with little fat so if you go beyond 165 it could be dry. I like to do the whole eye of the round.

Thanx 101....I know tha sayin "it's done when it's done", but ballpark time fer this piece of meat?.......5-6 hours maybe?....I wanna know when I should start in order ta eat at 4pm.......Buckeye

Buckeye I think 5-6 hours was my time on a whole roast on a 5-6lbs roast I would think 4-5 hours.
