Rub #2 on Beef Ribs??

Anyone try this? I'm out of #1 rub, so until Bill gets back it's either #2 or something I whip up.

Open to suggestions...

I did and they were realy good a little spicy just go light with the rub. My wife loved em and so did I. I did not even wrap them in foil.

I got sidetracked with my beef ribs. I was getting ready to take them out of the Food Saver bags to prep them last night and got a call inviting me to a cookout today.

Not being one to turn down a free lunch, I'll do the ribs probably tomorrow. :)
