I am looking forward to already got some cream chease and crakers ready to go. Have you tried your peach jam on ribbs yet thats what I realy wanna try is using these to finish ribbs?

Texana I came home for supper and guess what was sittin in my door way? It was the box of goodies you sent me. I tried them all with my Wendies french fries. This stuff is awesome. Peach Habanero was my favorite . I cant wait to try these on ribs. I have to tell you I liked them all. My second favorite would be a close call between the Orange Pineapple Habanero and the Strawberry Jalapeño. You really got this Jelly down to a science a good balance of Heat & Sweat. Please let me know when I can place a order for Quart Jars I think a couple of these are going to my first cook off this fall.

You guys have to try smoking a turkey breast. I took the Cranberry Jalapeño and mixed it and a little honey after heating them on the stove top add your favorite store bought sauces to taste. This was outstanding on that smoked turkey breast. Later today I am going to do some chicken trouble is I cant decide what jelly I am going to use to glaze the chicken. I can not wait to place my first order. Oh yes I did rub the turkey with TexasBbqRub naturally!

Hey 101 thank you for the nice words of praise about the Cranberry Jelly. That flavor has been one the I am almost ready to quit fooling with. Them elusive little berrys just dont act like ya want em to when cooking. Now I know why the stuff em in a can and save em for Thanksgiving. Let us know how you like the other flavors. The possibilites are boundless.

By the way everyone, I had a customer take the Peach Habanero and pour it over Ice Cream ..... They loved it. I have not tried it yet but let me know if any of yall out there give it a whirl.

I got my jars of jelly today at my office, will try pineapple habanero on a rack :lol: :lol: (ribs that is...I might need to try them on another kind of rack? :wink: :wink: :wink: :shock: :shock: ..) what was I talking about. :? :? ..oh yea see how good the jelly is used in competition> Will be mailing your check on Fri.
