View Full Version : Bill's BBQ Sauce
Bill, made your BBQ Sauce and put some on the brisket while cooking like you stated to do. Worked great. Also put some out for relatives to try on burgers. They all loved it!! :D :D
Haven't eaten the brisket yet (cept for sampling), it's for this coming weekend, but will have your sauce ready on the side if anyone wants some. Have tried to make several different sauces, and so far your's is one of the best I have made.

Hey JJ thanks and yeah I have a bunch of folks that love that sauce on the side. Play with the recipe a bit and you can get it better I bet.

Am I overlooking something? Is Bill's bbq sauce recipe on the website somewhere, I would love to try it.
It should be in the recipes Bill sent you after registering.

You can send me an email to bill@texasbbqrub.com and I will send you a copy of the recipes.
You can also just go in and register for the newsletter again and it will send you the link to the recipes automatically and then we will filter out the duplicate name with our software for mailing newsletters too.

Hey JJ,Check this out.If you wanna tweak out the sauce some,here's what I do.I use 1 whole cup of rub instead of half.Try using 1 entire head of garlic instead of just 2 tablespoons.I also mince up the garlic & onion together @ the same time in the food processor.You gan also puree the rotels too.if you wanna. Whoa dude, you talk about GOOD. I got people talking to me about wanting me to bottle & sell my sauce Just take & peel your garlic, cut your onion in 1/4's, put them in your processor,& let the machine do the work.Then put the recipe together the same way that you normally do.Just remember to puree the fire out of it. :D 8) :)
