Yeah, this stuff is from cows that are fed a special diet and given a massage everyday....no really, a massage! This is also called Kobe Beef. I had a steak one time in a restaraunt up in Brighton, Mi. for $65. It was VERY good! But the value of Kobe Beef is that it is fork tender in steaks. I cannot imagine it being any more tender than the "Choice" cut of brisket I am doing now! My guess is that you would spend $100 to get a brisket that tastes just like the one you are currently making. It would be like buying Kobe Hamburger!

Went ta Sam's yestiddy an "saw" (not buy) an 8 plus lb., full beef tenderloin fer bout $90 bucks an sum change :!: I think it wuz $11.24 per lb......now, I've had my share of Kobe beef (livin in Japan fer 3 yrs.) and it is definitely the most tenderest piece of meat I 've ever tasted...but at the same time I kin git pertnear close ta dooplacatn' that with a $1.39lb brisket (now that I got tha hang of brisket cookin....thanx ta ya'll here).......I'd rather "re-direct" that $90-$100 savins and buy 5 er 6 more of them briskys an a few cases of burr an sum Jack 8) ....Don't git me wrong now....if money weren't an issue fer me..I'd buy one of those just becuz I could.....wouldn't do it twicet tho......too much other stuff ta buy with my money....Buckeye
