8) 8) Well, friends, compatriots in the Smokin' brotherhood and all of y'all that give a hoot..... I haven't been on the board much of late because I have purchased a well-used catering trailer from the former CD's Texas-Style BBQ that usta hail round about Victoria, Texas. (Anyone say Quero? Schrader Hall? OK, I'll quit....) Have become obsessed with its reconstruction and have tenatively agreed to vend Q at the local hydroplace races (Yes, Qjunkie and Texana, them's different than the submarine races) According to event managment, we should be the only Q vendor for at least 17,000 hungry folks...... I'm beginnin' to think mebbe I started out bitin' of a HUGE chunk of the apple...... So what say y'all, Q Brethern and Sistern??? Advice? Comments?? I've been to those races and I know how those libacious spectators get, so if you can keep your eyes off those half (or more) naked women :P :P , and keep yur mind on Q'in, you will probably do real well. It sounds like a big undertaking and wish you the best. Which weekend is it this year?
