Bill, in your photo gal. pictures 43-48 from the 2003 Flatonia cook, can you explain what you are doing here with foil & what you are putting on your ribs. (they look like your turn in ribs?)

Hey Fred not to steal Bills thunder but that was some D.L. Jardines clear jalepenoe jelly with red and green pieces it really tasted good and wuz perty too! We even put it on tha Brisket!

When I ferst saw that table, it peeked my interest too. I wuz ponderin how ta make (have sumone else do it) one fer my own use. I also wondered if it "broke down" fer easy transportin', or wuz/is it a big peece of furniture that's a pain in the butt ta haul.
