Any thoughts on adding a mustard slather to Bill's spare rib method. I know, personal preference, but I would still like to hear your thoughts.

My personal preference is to use the mustard, then the rub. Just my personal preference.

I sub the mustard for the worcestershire on my pork butts. 'Tis good for all pork, too.

I will stay with; L&P - Mustard/(Tex's-passion jelly, the best!) & rub.

I mix mustard with the passion jelly & warm it to meld it together & let it cool & then brush on.

I look forward to more experimenting with Tex's jellies in a LIGHT finish glase as well.

I also use mustard on my pork ribs and butts. Sometimes I will use Alegro on the brisket , ribs and chicken.

Did you get your Lang yet?

Speaking of Jelly did you get the check?

Did you ship the jelly UPS? If so it will be arriving tommorrow. I had a notice from UPS that the sender is not at this location. Well my fault because I forgot to tell you to ship it to:
Tippmann Group
attn: Jeff Shively

What is worse is I know the UPS guy by name.
