Where do y'all get them avatars ?

I seen where you sposed to put em on but where do you find em ?

(not that at my newbie stage would I consider jumping the gun and putting one on my name until told to do so by the "board elders" or invited to as it may be as I were brung up right and all and no my place)

but I may afix me a tagline here directly.
