I pulled my brisket off at about 11:30 and let it rest till 1200 anyway here are some pics from the smokin session. It came out great juicy great flavor now its sliced and awaiting consumption later this evening have to get busy on some other bbq stuff.

Grillmaster, if you don't send some my way, you"re gonna hurt my feelings. I can't eat bread, but I will take it just straight. :D :D BTW, It is looking REAL good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
