How much do your ribs weigh?

What weight range are the racks of Sam's babybacks? For those that sell 'em, do you trim either end or anything, such as may be done with spares?

The ones I have bought at Sams in the past usually weigh between 1.5 and 2 lbs per rack. I check for and always remove the membrane and cook as always... :D :D :D :D ...mmmm babybacks!!! :shock: :wink:

I don't know how much my ribs weigh.....they are probably not real heavy though....I weigh 230 all together :D
