I have been turning out some good briskets & pork butts, thanks to Bill's rub and this forum but I want to make sure my family won't get tired of the same meals. Dose anyone have any recipies for leftover brisket, pork butts or chicken?

Pulled pork and chicken have always been good in calzones with like cheese, veggies, and what ever else you like. Make a basic pizza dough fill half with stuff and fold it over. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

Also love pulled pork on top of pizza with some bbq sauce drizzled on top of it.

Chicken works with a chicken salad, omlettes(pork would be good here also), and nachos(pork good also).

If I think of anything else will add it.

I do not have a recipe handy, but I've always thought that the reason they invented "Brunswick Stew" was to use up the leftover beef, pork, and chicken. (Don't laugh. Why do you think Wendy's started sellin chili ?) Woody

When I get down to the last few inches of a brisket and everybody has had it sliced and on sandwiches etc. I like to make chopped beef.

I don't know how it is where y'all at but chopped beef is a staple in all the old bbq houses around here.
Thats what they do with everything that won't make a pretty slice of beef.

Slice it off pretty thick and chop with a cleaver or big knife till it's all chopped into little chunks then mix a little sauce in and put it on a HB bun.

My better half used to pick this stuff up by the pound (or two) and bring home for supper occasionally.
But that guys closed down (and making apple pies, by the jillions) now and I have to make my own.

I use all the meat I have left over (barely any) in my next batch of beans. I just wrap in foil and a freezer baggie and freeze it until ready to use.

ME too. But that is what they make the vacuum baggie machines for. And, I think the easiest thing to get rid of is food, especially BBQ.
