Im smoking a deer hint quater this weekend,,Im planning on doing the 1,2,3, thing,,My questions are this....1)what temp do I wrap?if I wrap it at all?,,2) what temp am I gonna take this dude off the smoker???,also Im doing a pork butt as well,I cant put them side by side do I put the pork or deer on top???
