Briskets, and more briskets

Cooked 13 briskets and some ribs yesterday. I just don't understand how I get so dang tired sitting on my butt all day cooking meat. My feet hurt. My back hurts. I got to sleep in this morning, though. Good wifie.

And you know what? I think I'll go fire up the Queen in a little bit and cook a chicken. Got to have my yardbird allowance for the day.

Hey Fatz, sounds like you had a full day yesterday. I got a pork butt going about 8 am. Pumped it with Fab P and rubbed with Blues Hog.

I have major back problems / my wife has bought me 2 / 5' - floor mats to place in front of the General / they are designed for office people who have to stand on their feet a lot / I will ask her the maker / a good shoe would help as well.

Hey Fred...sorry to hear of them ailments. It takes me about 2 weeks to get my back un-kinked after a hard cooking session too. Guess it just a sign of old age huh? Toured your home page. Very impressive. Betta call for the elders to come up there and lay hands on ya..annoint you with a little oil so to speak. That supposed to work ya know? Now yall dont dance with the snakes now do ya?

Good to see your hittin it hard over there!! I hear ya on the back. I 've got a chiropractor that adjusts me once a month for about $45. Thats a little pricy, but it works!!! :D

On the lighter side though, I've been smokin up my fair share of Santa Maria tri tip!!! Thems good eatin while your waitin for that brisket!!! 8)
