Somehow. I got 4 briskets per rack on two of my racks in the upright and 3 slabs of ribs per rack on the other two. Got the two turkeys and the other brisket in the barrel. Temp is 250 in the barrel and 215-230 in the upright.
All is well as the light snow begins to fall. Yep. Hardly ever sticks here in La. but we do see snow from time to time.

Sounds like that Gator Bandit is making out like a Bandit. It is suprising the amount of food you can get on what appears to be a small trailer pit. That is why I have the backyard version of the Bandit at home. Hadn't filled her up yet. Just tease her a little. Gonna have her working hard this Friday night for Christmas dinner. Several whole chickens, turkey, couple briskets, sausage, and some boiled corn and potatoes on the burner. Picking everything up today as Sam's and throw it in the icechest for tomorrow night's cook. Weather here is in the 20's and wet. Damn wind is blowing my patio chairs and stuff everywhere. Ought to be real fun cooking in that stuff. I feel for you guys up north melting snow around your cook site. Merry Christmas, Ritch

I, too, will be cooking more ribs and briskets tomorrow. Temp here will be in the 20's by the time I get out there.
