With a rib rack, will one of those Sam's Club 3 pack of spares fit on the top rack of a WSM without cutting them ?

Roll the ribs.
Basically your roll it into a loose roll and stick a skewer through to keep them rolled together and put them on their side bone side down.
Here are 2 ways:

I have put two of those racks on there at the same time. Sometimes, the ends will hang over, but you can trim that much. You will have to trim a little more if you put it on the second shelf. I haven't rolled mine yet, I just lay them out.
I'm doin some spares today. Does everyone foil them at some point and if so when? I've also read in here something bout a 3-2-1 :? method. What's that about?
Hey vabbq! Hope ya don't mind me crashin in on your thread but I also got 2 packages of spares from Sam's to do today on the WSM. Think I'll run up somewhere and pick up some rib racks.

Now I like to add one more hour (or more) to this equation between the 2 and the one..which is a period to let them rest in an insulated container and while encased in the foil. Makes for whut is called the 3-2-1-1 method. Seems to help get them to the old slither down the throat stage. Makes it where the old widder ladies can eat em without no teeth.

sounds like he is leaving them in the foil and puttin them in the cooler to rest an hour. Then foil off and back in the heat to glaze and firm up.
