I just purchased a Taylor Digital Thermometer from target. My first cook out I succeed in melting the darn thing. It had some nifty magnets on the back and thought it would be cool to stick it on the side of the pit. After about 6 hours of cooking the plastic warped, and after an hour more it stopped working all together. I took it back and they returned no questions asked, it helps to save your receipts. Now I have two probes instead of one so I guess it work out well. The cute little girl behind the desk gave my smokey *** some strange looks after she saw the whole back end was melted.

Well Super Target is super easy. We used to have our big cookoff right across the street from the place..in fact they give us a $ 50 gift certificate to go into the raffle etc. Anyway it bright and early Sat morn and I need something so I fixing to walk over there..when I happened to axe Big Brad if him and Big Dave needing anything..and unfortuantly he yes I need ice. He gives me 20 dollar bill and orders one bag. I pay for everything and they try to give me back change for a $10. I raised cain of course cuz it was actually Big Brads money. They brought out the floor bouncer and he reviewed the video tape and gave me the right change. When I got back with the ice and give Big Brad change for his 20..he say Hey I only give you ten. Guess you could say we got $60 off them Super Target folks. Course I kept the excess and plan on returning it and fessing up one of these days:) That Baileys in the cofee and a half a dozen bloody marys for breakfast can apparently cloud a persons judgement in the early morn.
