OK, I promise I will stop. I just wanted to try this last resizing suggestion and see if that would work :oops:

Is horse meat fatty like brisket? Do you cook it low and slow, or hot and fast?
It looks as good as brisket. I thought they had bigger ribs.

Ok ... I hate to complain, but here goes ...
Try to keep the width to about 350 to 375 pixels .... the ones you posted are about 450 give or take a few.
The reason. There are still a lot of people out there with 15" monitors and while it doesnt mess up the larger monitors, it causes a lot of left to right scrolling for smaller ones. The second ones you posted were the best. Also remember small images are easier to load. Still a lot of people on dial up .... and they have to wait for these images to load ...
