Never used any and want to give it a try. Can you guys give me an idea how you have used it with Q, and the flavor, meat combinations, etc. Thanks for this and all the other helpful advice I have gotten here.

My favorite way (so far) is to heat up some pineapple habanero and baste it on pork tenderloin or country style ribs the last 15 -30 minutes of cooking. I've heard Redneck and others say that the strawberry is good on chicken. I'm gonna try that next.

Dito to OnBrew. Pineapple on ribs, great. Have not tried any other flavor. Don't need to.

It is also great mixed 50/50 with your red sauce and basted on. I also use it as the "sweet" component in my sauce.

1 part ketchup
1 part jelly
1 part vinegar

Add spices as you see fit! Just the right sweet/spicy component! Good luck! Woodjelly
