My buddy just got back from Cabo with what he describes as an especially good Margarita recipe (from Sammy Hagars' place - Cabo Wabo). I am going to do some pork butts on Sunday and then Sunday evening, we are going to put together some Memphis pulled pork nachos I saw on Bobby Flay recently (they are on the food network website, do a search for pulled pork) and some Cabo Wabo Margaritas. Tough day, huh ? :shock: :shock: :shock:
