Doin tha Friday Party at my job tomorrow...
4 9lb. shoulders
2 briskets...9lb an 11 lb.
9 slabs of spares
40 boneless chicken thies
Baked beans
Slaw
They LOVE my Q! :D :D ...Speciallee THE Senior Partner...made me postpone it fer 2 weeks jus so he cood be in town to have sum. 8) 8) 8)

Didn't say I haven't cooked briskets before :P .....(I wuz wunt'n ta noe whut that "hump"/point/packer wuz that I kept seein...that they only called brisket).......besides....."Daddy" iz stricklee ribs an pulled pork.......now az fer tha other suckers who try tha brisket :roll: :lol:

Yep...they scarfed up bout 80% of it :D ......woulda been all gone if tha rest of tha office hadn't gone home early :x .........there were bout 25 folks MIA. :roll: A few folks took plates home fer their spouses/maybe themselves. Tha leftovers r probalee gone by now, cuz there wuz an Easter Egg Hunt on tha building's propertee this mornin', an peeple sed
they were comin up ta dust off tha remains. 8)
All in all.....I wuz a big hit az expected! :lol: :lol:
