Got my Jelly!!!

Just got 3 jars of TPJ yesterday---Mango Habenaro, Strawberry Habenaro and Texas Pasion Jalapeno. Looking at doing two pork butts this weekend...which is the best and what is the best way to apply? Do I cut it w/ anything, spread on straight? I'll be doing a rub, so take that into concieration. I've got lots of people looking foward to what comes off of my WSM. If this works out like I hope, then I will be ordering more flavors.....BTW--the wife said "Something else you ordered came in the mail...." in that tone of voice that we all know. TIA,

Don't cut it with nothin, corndog. Just heat it up some so it liquefies and pour it on before ya wrap them butts in foil! 8) 8) Gooooood stuff! :wink:

Corndog, is your wife related to mine? All I hear is "UPS brought you something else today". When I told her it was a Sams Smoker box for my Weber Silver B all I heard was "what do you need that for". I reminded her that I never say anything about her weekly Avon orders and she informed me that she was making up for the Traeger Grill that I got last year.
