I started it at 1pm on Saturday and put it in the cooler at about 5:30 am on Sunday. About 16.5 hours, I guess.

Mighty fine looking brisket. Was that French's wooster sauce you used instead of Lea and Perrin's? That's like taking pictures with a Kodak instead of a Hasselblad.
