Hi folks, I got a new job in a different dept and don't have a lot of time to be on the puter. They heard I like to do pulled pork, so they made me promise to do a cook on the first weekend predicted to get to 40 degrees. It's a bigger area and more people, so when I went to Sams, I got a case of pork butts. My GOSM Big Block is full. Hope everything goes well, I'd hate to ruin 58 lbs. This is the most I've ever cooked. It's 230 degrees in the smoker and 36 and raining outside...Greathounder

There were in at 2:30 Saturday afternoon and at 4:30 this morning 2 were done, but the other 6 were somewhere between 160 and 175. I crashed for 4 hours and took them out at 8:30. I got half pulled and in my 18 qt roaster for the sauce, and it's full. Guess I have to bag that before I do the other 4. Tastes great, maybe thats why I like pulled pork. As Woodman said in another post, it's hard to ruin...Greathounder
