i am such a huge fan of his. his rub is the best and i forgot to say that i received his rub ' just in time" for a big thing i was doin (including the corned beef).

Your right smoking T, the rub is great. I get more compliments on my ribs and chicken than ever before. The only thing differnt is the rub.

Amen to that! I've tried to duplicate it and have come up with some good tastes, but Bill's rub is the best I ever tasted. I'll be a life long customer no doubt!

I'm a big fan. I bought some for a little cook we did two weekends ago (56 racks!). I used Bill's Rub on about 1/3, and three different rubs on the rest. All of them turned out great. Bill's certainly stacked up nicely against some of my other favorites! TexasBBQRub will be a staple in my cookbox!

8) 250 till the steaks feals firm to the touch I really dont remember how long. I been doing seafood so long I just know. I will time it for you on the next cook and give you the time. When I cold smoke in my upright its not realy a cold smoke because it cooks around 150 that way takes about 2 hours.
