Posted this a few weeks back....http://www.wsr3.com/beef/beef.html....but didn't see a chuck roll listed. Tha listed cuts tell u other names they r referred ta az. Maybe I missed it in there, but fer tha sake of reed'n it agin :oops: ......kin sum one tell me whut a chuck roll iz?...I ain't never seen one in a store under that name. Reeson I'm axin iz cuz sumone sed they make purdee good chopped beef sammiches. 8)
