I think I've got this picture thing worked out now, so...as I was saying:

I wanted to show y'all what I do when I want some quality yard-bird but can't babysit a fire...this is a variation on the drunken chicken using a ceramic throne made by a local potter. Inject, rub, fill the cup (this time with lemon juice, cider vinegar and soy sauce), into the oven @ 350 for 1 hour 45 minutes. It ain't Q but it ain't bad...

I have not seen any other colors, and I've never seen a turkey-sized model.

Here is at least one place that sells them on line, but bought mine at the potter's shop for quite a bit less...there may be other on-line sources, I don't know.

Here is the set up I use for my drunken chicken. It works great, and cleans up easy. I have the double chicken pan.

That Cast Iron pan looks like it could take the heat on the pit and season up real good.
