Kitchen Shears

For those of you that butterfly (spatch****) your yardbird, here's a great set of kitchen shears by Messermeister (http://www.cutleryandmore.com/details.asp?SKU=4772). Cuts out that backbone like cutting a sheet of paper. Great product!

One thing, these are right-handed shears only, not interchangeable. Would be uncomfortable in the left hand.

Good to know because I need a good pair of shears and that is reasonably priced.
