Just made my first attempt at pork ribs using the 3-2-1 method which I learned of here. The ribs came out amazing. The best part is that there are a rack and a half of leftovers... :D

It definitely works. I just finished 4 racks using 321 and Texas pepper jelly…one with blueberry habanera , one with pineapple habanera and 2 with just bbq sauce an honey. All racks had Bill’s Texas BBQ rub and all came out delicious. 10 adults, 4 kids, no left overs..

Priest. I'm a diabetic and also skip sugar; however, I do use Bill's rub and TPJ. To me, it's not that much sugar per serving.
