I must take a moment to say, that the pickled jalapenos that Skippy P brought us at the Bass Pro cook-off were EXCELLENT! I can't wait to try the onion relish! Good job skip! Woody

There is a guy in maine who pickles all sorts of stuff. My favorite is his pickled garlic. You can eat clove after clove of those things. And your breath don't smell all that much after. Plus you'll never get sick if you eat them.

NH, Ah, the Gloucester Fisherman! I have been there! One rainy day we drove out from Lowell to Salem, to Gloucester, to Rockport. Beautiful country there! Wasn't that where the Andrea Gale went out of? Woody

My only advice to the Woodster and company is that those peppers are a condiment and not the meal.
A certain forum frequenter has learned that half a jar in one sitting =trouble a bottle of maalox doesn't fix
The Fire Relish is a little different. It's pretty much a sweet pickle relish with a kick- shouldn't put a hurtin on anyone.

Kinda like the day I ate a big bag of Lay's chips, sprinkled with Tabasco. Lot's o' chips. Half a bottle of Tabasco.
Burns in :D , burns out.

The outburn is the worse because you are not expecting it and then wham you are grabbing on to anything in site and squeezing with all your might.

Well, the first time is a surprise, but the problem is...it didn't go in in one bite, it ain't leavin' in one "bite". It happens until...well, it's all out of your system. Over and over and over.....

Skip, I believe you are referring to ME. Yeap, still ain't learned my lesson. Like eat'in a bag of Doritos. Once you start, you can't stop until the bag is empty. Problems is, Doritos don't leave ya running to bathroom in the middle of the night.

Let me know when you need me to head your way again, Ritch. I may be headed down to Corpus to a market there this weekend, but I'll be around for the 4th and all of July... the watch for #3 to hatch will be on!
