Anyone been using peach wood? What kind of results have you had? Is it sweet? Is the smoke mild or overbearing?

I've never cooked with it myself, but I've eaten food cooked with it. It was mild and quite nice.

Peach is one of my favorites... of course, with the WSM I just use chunks, not logs. Sugar maple is still my favorite.
Peach works really good with poultry, pork & fish. Haven't tried it with beef yet.

Ditto, but peach doesn't have the btu output of say apple so you will use alot more of it during a long cook.

I'll give it a try soon then...I think I can get some peach up here! :)
Peach is really nice,i burnt some a couple days ago that i found behind my cooking wood, guess i tried some that wasn't seasoned so i tossed it.
Well i was impressed with the aroma,i swear it tasted better than any applewood i ever cooked with, and seemed like there was enough BTU's

My inlaws had a peach tree on their property that got struck by lightning.
I cut it up and have been using it little by little for 6 months. Let me put it this way, I only use the peach wood on occasions for which I am feeding my very best friends and family.. the stuff is great. I use it in the first 2-3 hours of my smoke and have enough left over for probably 2 - 3 more cooks...
second thought the stuff is terrible only a moron would use it and I will help you dispose of it by picking it up..
