Pork Butt - where to purchase

I am going to venture and try cooking a pork butt.
I live in Houston, TX on the North side near Willowbrook Mall area.

Is there someone that can tell me where to purchase one and about what size is good for cooking.

Not familiar with your area but I cook 6-8 pound ones. The bigger they are the longer they take to cook. :wink:

Gotta Sam's in there somewhere? If you have to go to the store, try to find one that is not enhanced, if possible. If it is, consider not using, at least much, of a rub with salt. 6-8 lbs. is a good size.

At Sam's, or anywhere they are in cryovac, there will be two butts. It will look like one giant 14-16 lb'er.

Fine, I think. That AA is a great organization. They sed I needed rehab, so I joined. I was off aky hall the first day. They sed they ain't never seen such a fast result. I think I gots it beat. I guess since I don't drank aky hall anywho, it prolly made it ez er. But, results is results.
