I stole that quote from the movie Airheads. Sorry I like them younger or a little older than me not wheeling wheelchairs around.
Sorry I can't offer any help with the sausage stuffer. Let me know though because I want to start screwing around with this sometime this year and if this works out good for you I may end up purchasing the same.
Amazing I wrote a post about not actually hijacking a thread and I still managed to do that.
Well i'm not really sure, seems like a lot of money, plus i'm not making all that much sausage so not sure yet, seems maybe good if your making 50-60 pounds+ at a time.

Buddy of mine just bought the Kitchenaid with the sausage attachment and was going to take a run at it. That thing still is like 300 bucks though but atleast you can get other purposes out of it.

While not a perfect apparatus heard many good things on the Dakota water stuffer. Now this be if you got room to run garden hoses over the kitchen floor and such things.

Well jshively i went an replaced my stuffer with a porkert manual.
Oh and don't even think about the KA attachment.
i been following bigwheel around the sausage forums looking over his shoulders-quote "Good lawdy a Kitchen aid grinder is useful for making meringue. We call it calf slobber down in Texas.I would gladly take a poke in the eye with a sharp stick or be gut shot rather than use a KA mixer for other than it's intended purpose.Don't even go there.

Yeppers..that KA grinder/stuffer attachment is a total fraud hoisted off to mostly wimmen who they convince she can make pie while hubby grinds up Bambi. Wimmen are real multi-taskers ya know? They fall for it hook line and sinker near every time. In fact I still gonna backhand the warden one of these days for giving me that worthless hunk o junk for Christmas one year. Thanks for reminding me. Now I only have to get the filthy beastes down from it's lair...once a year so she can make pie. Cant remember if it T-Day or Christimas right now. One of them kind of biggy holidays anyway.
