I was reading the website about the TexasBBQRub "secrets" to good bbq.
I'll place an order here shortly

Curious, Worcestershire sauce can be strong. Do you use a little or a lot in prepping meat, say chicken or ribs? Any particular brand better than the other?

Thanks.

I use Lea and Perkins from Sam's Club. You won't even taste it seriously. It is just so the rub can stick the meat better. You can use mustard also without a problem.

For pork I use a thin coat of yellow mustard. With chicken I take it rite out of the brine and hit it Texas Bbq Rub while the chicken is still wet with brine talk about great chicken. For brisket I follow Bills instructions to the letter.
