Brisket Reheating...
New to the board.. Been reading ya'll for awhile and there are ton's of information. You guys are extremely helpful.

Question. Had to smoke my brisket yesterday - didn't have time today. What would ya"ll do to reheat in the oven? About 200 until about 160 internal temp or bump the oven up to about 350 to get it out of there?

Thanks for your help in advance.....

Welcome, 225 or so in the oven wrapped in foil. Seems to work for me. I slice the leftovers and only reheat what I need. When sliced it heats a little faster.

 I like to re-heat chopped brisket in the microwave then I toss some over easey eggs ontop of the warm brisket. Talk about a great breakfast.
