we got a 24 lb turkey and had it cut in half. the ? is how long and at what temp should i cook it in the smoker. the brisket will be in there too at 200-220 will the turkey work at that temp? i was thinking about 6 hrs for the bird at that temp. :?:

I hope you brinned that bird. Cook the breast to 165 and the thigh to 170. Put the thigh end closer to your fire box. Never tried spliting them let us know how they turn out.
