Cooked for the Class of 1970 Reunion Saturday. Spent Friday night at the Golf Course where it was held. Set-up at about 7:00 pm on Friday. Spent the night in the truck bed! Got up at 3:00 am put the butts on and went back to sleep until 5:00! Also did a big pork loin, chicken and some salmon for 125. The loin was GREAT! I'm gonna push that more! I hadda have the County Health Dept bless my rig. The guy from the Health Dept, who couldn't have been more helpful, said that I had one of the three best set-ups he had seen in 10 years! Oh well, got a weekend off then, a private party for 50. Those are more fun because you can be more creative. Jerk Loin, Salmon, Chipotle and White Bean Salad, Stir Fried Asparagus?........Three weeks until I encounter those wiley denizons of this forum up in Michigan, and a cook for a corporate lunch for 280 the last week of July. Here's some more photos. Tex, look at our beautifully marked sable daschund! Woody

Nice set-up there Woodster. Any regrets with the new pit? I haven't heard from you so I would guess not. I might have to steal a few ideas from you on your setup. :D
Oh yeah... How come you never told us you are married to a Playboy Bunny? :P

A nice set up WOODHEAD. You seem to have done all the homework and it shows. Nothing semi-pro about you.
