Hey Zee, got two questions for ya...

1. Why the holes in the burgers?
2. How long and at what temp did you smoke that CAT at?

Sorry to all you PETA members but if that cat got that close to my pit and food it wouldn't do it a second time.

This is #200 for me.

Cat was around as "back-up" in case more in-laws showed up.
As for the holes in the bugers, My wife made them up for me. I asked her to make them a little bigger than the size of a glazed dounut.
Guess she had a funny moument

Pit is the Budget Mobile made by Gator Pit.

Hey ya"ll I have an ideer what the holes in the burgres were for. #1 so that ya can pu pickles i the middle w/out it making things all funky looking, or #2 making more burgers out the mweat thatya originally had planned for anyways. :P Hey Zee man. I am sure that it was all good brother. Just having a little fun. :P

Oh yeah, I had to cook yesterday for baby sis's bar . I was up all nite doing a 13# brisket the night before. The only sleep that I got was @ the dialysis place. We did 10# of country style ribs as well as hot dawgs, burgers, & about 30# of chicken leg quarters along with the sides. Man this is the day after & I am still beat.Oh yeah I also intrudeced the PPL to Atomic Buffalo Turds for thr first time. Got mixed reactions. Mostly good. Some couldn't take the heat.

Translation:
Well, I bought some "colassal" shrimp (about 15-20 per lb.). (Hey Redneck, how is that for a hi-faslootin' word...colossal)

I made a white roux with lump crabmeat, as one can buy at Mike Anderson's Restaurants in Louisiana.

Also, Z, your food looked so good, I licked my computer screen. You have some tasty morsels on your Gator Pit. But, I can't believe you have all that food and didn't call Gordo to come eat, seeing as his pit was totaled in an accident.

I feel sorry for Gordo. I bet he had to go to Kroger's and buy some of the ribs a young lady (probably a checker on any other day) was cooking on their sidewalk. She had one of those long, black gas grills Sam's sells.

I can't imagine the ribs were worth trying.

Is this the one?

Well, Mike, the original was encrypted. It wasn't for everyone, just certain spies. However, after a closed door committee meeting, it was decided it posed no risk to national security , so we, I mean they, decided to declassify this document.
