Texas Pepper Jelly Rocks!!

After reading many of the posts about the Texas pepper jelly I decided to order a jar of the apple jalapeno. My first surprise was how quickly it came. It came about 2 or 3 days after I ordered it. Just in time for the fourth of July! I put it on the racks of baby backs that I smoked and they turned out soooooooo good!! Everyone was raving about how they were the best ribs they have ever eaten!

Just wanted to thank everyone for the tip that moved my BBQ up another notch! And thank you Texas pepper Jelly for such a great product!!!

Texana was kind enough to bring my order of TPJ to Llano last weekend, since he was helping to judge the cookoff. So far I've only opened the peach habanero, but the family loves it. Even my wife who doesn't like anything hot loves it. She forced our 14-years-old daughter to try it and now she's hooked.

Texana, thanks for going out of your way. We're enjoying and will be buying more in the future.
