Well I am about halfway through this book by Mike Mills and Amy Mills Tunnicliffe and I must say that it is a very good read for this boy from New England.
The history of bbq, tips, legends, recipes, stories and tall tales are enlightening for someone who grew up with the notion that going to a bbq meant that you were going to eat burgers and dogs.
Of course now all I want to do is load a cooler up, invite some friends over, fire up the pit and q some food.
